  • I am licensed to provide mental health counseling in the state of Arizona.

  • For the initial assessment and individual sessions, we will be utilizing a video platform that is fully compliant with HIPAA regulations. This platform ensures the highest level of security and confidentiality for our clients' healthcare information. Rest assured that your privacy is our top priority and we take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and secure virtual experience.

  • I aim to provide effective care by suggesting weekly meetings for the first 6-8 sessions. Afterward, the frequency can be adjusted based on progress. I understand scheduling conflicts, so I offer bi-weekly or monthly appointments. The number of sessions required for counseling varies based on individual ability, desire, and motivation.

  • My services are online only.

  • I schedule client sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8 AM to 3 PM.

  • Below, you will find my current fees for services, effective January 1, 2022

    $200 per 50 min session for individual counseling

    $250 per 50 min session for couples/partners/family counseling

  • Simplified Wellness accepts major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA payments via the client portal. Clients must provide a preferred payment method upon intake, which will be used for all services unless changed by the client. Payments are automatically processed on the service date.

  • Confidentiality is the main reason why we don't accept insurance. Insurance companies may require personal information that can be a barrier to securing healthcare, life insurance, employment, and more. We intentionally made this decision to protect the therapeutic process, space, and relationship.

  • Simplified Wellness adheres to a 24 hour cancellation policy.

    I have a strict policy regarding missed or late-cancelled appointments. When an appointment is missed or not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the full session fee will be charged to the credit card on file. We do not waive cancellation fees.
