Individual therapy sessions are $200 per 60-minute hour. That reflects the specialized, one-on-one care I offer: I work only with women, in the areas I know best, with more than twelve years of focus on exactly the challenges you are facing.

The first 10-minute consultation is always free. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and I provide a superbill every month for out-of-network reimbursement.

Wondering what therapy costs before you reach out?

$200 an hour.

Why I don't bill insurance, and why that protects you

I am an out-of-network provider, and confidentiality is a big reason why. When insurance pays for therapy, it requires a mental health diagnosis in your permanent record, and it can dictate the length and focus of our work.

As a private-pay practice, what we work on stays between us, and the work is shaped by your goals alone. No diagnosis on file, no outside company deciding when we are finished.

YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO TRADE YOUR PRIVACY FOR YOUR CARE.

Call your insurer and ask: do I have out-of-network mental health benefits, and what is my reimbursement rate?

I've spent 12+ years working with women across Arizona, and Simplified Wellness has been telehealth-only since 2018. Private pay keeps the work yours: no diagnosis on file, and nobody outside the room deciding when we are done.

What I need to know?

Do you take insurance?
Not directly. I am an out-of-network provider, so you pay at the time of service and I give you a superbill each month to submit. Some plans reimburse a portion.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for sessions, with no reimbursement paperwork on your end.

What if the fee isn't realistic for me right now?
Say so in the consult. Most clients meet weekly for the first 6 to 8 sessions and we adjust from there. If the fee doesn't work, I would rather point you toward someone who fits your budget than have you start and stop.
